I had a doctor’s appointment today. My doctor has his office in the southern suburbs of Denver in a place called Parker (where I once lived in a McMansion). I do not get out of Denver very often, and when I do it is usually via interstate highway. So, today I got to see the suburbs again for the first time in a while. It always amazes me how many Hummers and “W ’04” stickers you see when you drive into Douglas county. It’s like it is 2004 all over again.
